Liverpool midfielder Marko Grujic is attracting interest from Werder Bremen.
The Serbian, whose two Carabao Cup appearances this season were his first for the club since December 2017, has spent the last two campaigns on loan at Bundesliga side Hertha Berlin.
Liverpool, however, will not allow the 24-year-old to leave on loan again and are looking for a permanent move.
Other players who could leave the champions on deadline day include Xherdan Shaqiri, who has been subject to enquiries from two Italian clubs, and Harry Wilson, whom Burnley were interested in.
Tottenham have sent Ryan Sessegnon to Hoffenheim for the remainder of the season.
The defender arrived at the club from Fulham in a £25m summer transfer in 2019 and will be a Bundesliga player until June 2021.
Minutes at White Hart Lane have become limited with the arrival of Sergio Reguilon, while Ben Davies is Spurs’ other left-back.
Sessegnon will be back in London next season with a full season of domestic and European experience behind him.
Hoffeinheim are in Group L of the Europa League.
The good news just keeps coming at Everton.
The Toffees – top of the Premier League table with four wins from four – have completed the signing of Ben Godfrey from Norwich.
The 22-year-old central defender arrives in a deal which could be worth up to £30million and has penned a five-year contract at Goodison Park.
“It is an honour to sign for Everton and to be part of a huge club,” Godfrey told the club website.
“I am very thankful for the opportunity and I can’t wait to get started.
“The aim for me at Everton is to win trophies and win games. I like to win. I wear my heart on my sleeve. I care and I am a passionate lad.
“The fans can guarantee they will get 110 per cent out of me when I am on the pitch.”
Southampton are trying to re-sign Theo Walcott on loan, talkSPORT understands.
Everton are understood to be willing to let the 31-year-old go, having brought in a number of new players in the summer.
But the Saints will need to cover a large chunk of Walcott’s wages in order for the former England winger to return to the club where he started his career.
Walcott is happy at Goodison Park but has yet to start a Premier League game this season and Carlo Ancelotti is willing to sanction a move.
Leeds United have agreed a deal for Rennes winger Raphinha, talkSPORT understands.
The 23-year-old Brazilian is set to sign a five-year contract – subject to a successful medical today.
Leeds are paying around £20million to take him to Elland Road.
It looks like Ousmane Dembele to Manchester United could be on – thanks to a former United flop.
Barcelona are reported to be on the verge of finalising the signing of Memphis Depay from Lyon.
The Dutch forward, who struggled in his two-year spell at Old Trafford, is set to link up with his former Netherlands boss Ronald Koeman at the Camp Nou.
Barca are expected to pay 25million euros (£23m), plus add-ons, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.
With Barca desperate to balance the books, that could pave the way for Dembele to join United – and it could be on a permanent deal.
Everton striker Moise Kean has joined Paris St Germain on a season-long loan.
The 20-year-old Italian scored just two goals last season after joining the Merseyside club in a £24.5million from Juventus last year.
Kean had also netted in two Carabao Cup ties, against Salford and Fleetwood, this term.
Kean said on psg.fr: “I am really proud and happy to become a Paris St Germain player. It is one of the best clubs in the world, as shown by their Champions League campaign last season where they reached the final.”

Arsenal are set to launch a bid for Chelsea midfielder Jorginho after seeing talks to sign Houssem Aouar break down.
According to ESPN, Arsenal had an offer for Aouar rejected last week with Lyon holding firm on their £54m valuation.
Mikel Arteta has now moved onto alternate targets and Jorginho – who scored two penalties as Chelsea beat Crystal Palace on Saturday – has emerged as a prime candidate.
The Gunners are ready to launch their loan bid for Jorginho, although Frank Lampard is not particularly keen on losing the midfielder unless a player is brought in to replace him.
